La villa, recentemente realizzata, è dotata di tutto il necessario per un piacevole e rilassante soggiorno. La struttura può ospitare fino a 14 persone.  Un ampio  giardino circonda la villa, piantumato con vegetazione tipica del luogo ed una parte adibita a solarium dove è stata ricavata una favolosa piscina a sfioro. Completano lo spazio esterno ampie verande con zone living finemente arredate, in cui sarà possibile pranzare e cenare in tutta comodità, salotti e barbecue.

L'interno è caratterizzato da arredi sobri e di pregio. Al piano terra si apre un ampio e luminoso soggiorno con cucina moderna completamente attrezzata. La villa è dotata di wifi e sette camere da letto con bagni privati poste al piano primo. 

L'intera struttura è dotata di riscaldamento/raffreddamento con sistema a pavimento di ultima generazione. La temperatura della villa si regola in automatico.

Fantastic villa offers you a luxurious stay with a wonderful sea view, built entirely with local stone, on the slopes of the mountain in the Scopello area. The villa, recently built, is equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant and relaxing stay. The property can accommodate up to 14 people. A large garden surrounds the villa, planted with typical local vegetation and a part used as a solarium where a fabulous infinity pool has been created. The outdoor space is completed by large verandas with finely furnished living areas, where it will be possible to have lunch and dinner in complete comfort, lounges and barbecues. The interior is characterized by sober and valuable furnishings. On the ground floor there is a large and bright living room with a fully equipped modern kitchen. The villa is equipped with wifi and seven bedrooms with private bathrooms on the first floor. The entire structure is equipped with heating/cooling with the latest generation underfloor system. The temperature of the villa adjusts automatically.
