Castellammare del Golfo è facilmente raggiungibile in auto (autostrada) dagli aeroporti di Palermo e Trapani in circa 40 minuti. In alternativa bus navetta o servizi taxi garantiscono il collegamento.
Molto vicina ai siti archeologici di Segesta (km15), Selinunte e Mozia (km40) ed alle località turistiche di San Vito Lo Capo (km40), Palermo (km65), Monreale, Trapani (km45), Erice, Marsala e le Isole Egadi.
Molto frequentata la Riserva naturale orientata "Zingaro" e le vicine "Terme Segestane" con le sorgenti di acque sulfuree.

What to do around Castellammare

From the harbour it is possible to book boat trips or hire motorboats to visit the famous seaside attractions of Scopello, Riserva dello Zingaro and San Vito lo Capo. There are also guided tours to the Monte Inici Caves.
The closest beach is at walking distance (Cala Petrolo), whilst the spiaggia Plaia, with bars and restaurants, can be reached in 5 minutes by car or bus/shuttle.
