Built in ancient tuff and exposed stone, it is the result of a conservative restoration of an ancient rural house finished in July 2015. The villa, of 180 square meters, is immersed in a large garden of 1000 square meters. Built on two elevations, it has 8 beds. On the ground floor there is a living room with TV and sofa bed. The large kitchen is equipped with all comforts with two openings that access two verandas that offer a wonderful view of the pool. Also on the ground floor there is a double bedroom with important furnishings and two bathrooms with shower. On the 1st floor there are two double bedrooms both with sea views and a bathroom. The villa is surrounded by two large furnished verandas. The villa has a large swimming pool and private parking.
