Recentemente realizzata, nasce dalla ristrutturazione di due antichi casali in pietra uniti tra loro, la struttura può ospitare 13 persone. Il parcheggio privato può ospitare fino a 4 autovetture. Un ampio  giardino circonda la villa, piantumato con vegetazione tipica del luogo ed una parte adibita a solarium dove è stata ricavata una favolosa piscina 12x5. Completa lo spazio esterno una veranda che comunica direttamente con la cucina della Villa, nella quale sarà possibile pranzare e cenare con tutta comodità.

L'interno è caratterizzato da arredi sobri e funzionali, si accede dal piano terra in cui si apre un ampio soggiorno con cucina stile moderno. La villa è dotata di sei camere da letto e sei bagni. Nella mansarda si trova una confortevole zona giorno con libreria. 

La struttura è completamente recintata, dotata di videosorveglianza e allarme, offre una completa riservatezza per i propri ospiti.

Fantastic villa of mq. 300 built entirely with local stone, on the slopes of the Fraginesi mountain district in the territory of Scopello.
The villa is equipped with everything needed for a pleasant and relaxing stay. Recently built, it is the result of the renovation of two old stone farmhouses joined together, the structure can accommodate 13 people.
The private parking can accommodate up to 4 cars.
A large garden surrounds the villa, planted with typical vegetation of the place and a part used as a solarium where a fabulous 12x5 pool has been created.
The outdoor area is completed by a veranda that communicates directly with the kitchen of the Villa, where it will be possible to have lunch and dinner with complete comfort.
The interior is characterized by sober and functional furnishings, accessed from the ground floor where there is a large living room with a modern style kitchen.
The villa has six bedrooms and six bathrooms
In the attic there is a comfortable living area with a bookcase
The structure is completely fenced, equipped with video surveillance and alarm, offers complete privacy for its guests.
